Located in the Rio Grande Valley in Brownsville, Texas, Valley Grande Manor is locally owned and operated. We provide a caring and comfortable environment for our residents. In addtion, we have a large (1200 square foot) state of the art rehab facility. We are one of the few Texas Nursing Homes to offer individuals acute ventilator intervention in a competent, cost effective setting, providing 24-hour on-site respiratory therapy.
